The Big Boing is a sonic “banquet table” that seats 30 children or 20 Adults, & all combinations of both. It is an Mbira, an African “thumb piano” of 490 found objects that all go boing in their own delightful manner. Each “boinger” is tunable by the player with a simple thumbscrew. And it can be heard on movie soundtracks & Paul Simon records too! more public instruments.
